Weekend In Dublin
Last weekend me and a few mates left the windy seaside town of Blackpool for the busy metropolis of Dublin. After a hard days work on the Friday me and a few mates jetted off from Liverpool to Ireland around 9 at night. 5 hours and around 7 Guinness later we checked into a lovely apartment for 5 in Dublin city centre. On the saturday we met up with a good old mate of ours and ex employee of 2am design, Chris Davis. Who moved over there around 3 years ago to be with his long term love who he had met doing work experience in Manchester before he took up permanent residence in Blackpool. We had lots of laughs, copious amounts of Guinness and some great chicken wings! A 12 hour drinking session and a few choice moves in a nightclub left us tired and in great need of the comforts of our own beds back in Lancashire. It was great to catch up with an old friend and even better to get drunk and daft in an unfamiliar city. Roll on Vinny's stag do in Benidorm next September!
