Planning & Strategy
Many businesses have business plans that haven’t considered the marketing activities to achieve the bottom line. This includes Market Research, Consumer and Competitor Analysis and ultimately Sustainability of the offering.

Once we have a firm grasp of what the strategy is, which can sometimes include exit strategies and mergers, we then need to start the process of creating your brand identity. Investing in the future
Since the take over in 2002, 2am have invested heavily in technology to enable us to keep pace with the increasing demands created by the invention of the personal computer. When 2am started back in 1986 the computer was something most agencies didn’t even consider as they where extremely bulky and costly. Instead we used skills in all the disciplines that are still required today but somehow have been lost in translation. Design still derives from the same origins of the creative mind and should never start on the computer. The technology behind the end result is only a means of application to the creative process – this will always remain our philosophy, and will not be distorted by the next wave of technology to hit our studios.
When we set up 2am Media in 2009 we wanted to separate the companies offering to online and offline communication. We decided to split the companies this way so that we could service both sectors equally to the same creative standards. Our Media company allows 2am to extend its portfolio and service clients whose brands rely on Internet trade. 2am also made sure that if we were going to service this industry then we would do it the right way, by staffing the company with key personnel. All the design is carried out by the 2am Design team and online strategy is carried out by our in-house SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) specialist. We also have an in-house coder enabling us to carry out more complex tasks such as software development.
The term all rounder is sometimes seen as a negative in the design world, however our brand management core will always remain at the forefront of any solution we provide for our clients.
